Education
Dr. Pramya graduated from Stanley Medical College, Chennai, followed by post-graduation with honors in obstetrics and Gynecology at PGIMER, Chandigarh. She gained knowledge in handling high risk cases in obstetrics and Gynecology from JIPMER, Pondicherry. Dr.Pramya sub specialized in Reproductive Medicine and worked for five years at Women’s Center, Coimbatore.
Career
Dr. Pramya began her careerlong back as a consultant in obstetrics and reproductive Gynecology at Womens center, Coimbatore since 20__. With years of experience in Fertility, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr.Pramya specialized in all aspects of assisted fertility, including the investigative / diagnostic workup, cycle monitoring, ultra sonography, ovulation induction, IUI and IVF. Since 2013, she has assisted many couples and families in realizing their dreams to conceive healthy beautiful babies. Now, Dr.Pramya is the clinical Director and IVF Unit Head of Dharan Women’s care.
Teaching
She has been member of physician/community outreach, offering lectures and seminar sessions to facilitate people encounter infertility. She has been actively involved in training and education at all levels (Post Graduation students and teaching staffs) of the MGR university reproductive medicine fellowship program. Dr. Pramya’s research has appeared in national & international conferences and has many publications to her credit.
